Youth Services Program

The Youth Services Program is a program designed for clients ages 6-17 who can benefit from a highly structured and supervised setting. This program is designed for crisis stabilization with 24-hour supervision. This service is staffed with mental health professionals including registered nurses, master’s level therapist, and trained mental health counselors.

While in treatment each client receives an individualized treatment plan that is evaluated on a regular basis by members of the multidisciplinary treatment team directed by the client’s psychiatrist.

Discharge planning is implemented upon admission to ensure our clients will be successful in follow-up care once they have completed the program. Upon discharge each client receives a written recommendation plan for aftercare. Del Amo believes the best guarantee for our client’s success is effective discharge planning that will meet each individual’s needs.
